The VOISIP Unified Communications Engineer Training validates associate-level knowledge and skills required to administer a voice network. The training confirms the required skill- set for specialized job roles in voice technologies such as voice technologies administrator, voice engineer, and voice manager. It validates skills in VoIP technologies such as IP PBX, IP telephony, handset, call control, and voicemail solutions.
Using a combination of information-rich lectures and practical lab exercises, this course introduces you to the world of Voice and Video over IP, and familiarizes you with Cisco Collaboration services where voice, data and video communications will be deployed to foster communications and business continuity hereby bringing good Return over Investment for the business.
This training is focused on 2 Cisco Solution which are the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) which is being deployed by large companies with enormous amount of staffs, and the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CUCME), typically used in small to medium enterprises with less than 2000 employees.
